- Open the Org section of your Keka portal and go to Employees.
- Navigate to the Logins tab and ensure you're on the Login Registrations section.
- Find the employee whose email you want to unblock. Their Email Status will show as Blocked.
- Click on the three dots under Actions and select Unblock Email.
- Once the issue causing the block is resolved, future email triggers will be successfully received by the employee.
