Keka allows admins to view the salary structure assigned to each employee based on factors such as employee type, experience level, or department. For example, interns and consultants may have different structures — consultants may only receive a consultation fee instead of regular components like Basic, HRA, or PF.
Using Keka’s Reports feature, admins can easily view and analyze the salary structures assigned to all employees.
How to View Salary Structures
Go to the Payroll section from the left menu.
Click on Reports.
Open the Salary Reports tab.
Under the Reports section, select Current Regular Salary under Payroll Reports Catergory
On the Regular Salary Details window, you’ll see a list of all employees.
Use filters such as Pay Group, Remuneration Type, or others to narrow down results.
Scroll right to find the Structure Name column — this displays the salary structure assigned to each employee.
