Assign Shifts to Multiple Employees
- Navigate to Time Attend > Shift/Weekly Offs & Holidays.
- Go to the Assignments tab.
- Select the employees you wish to assign the new shift to and click Update Shift.
- In the pop-up window, specify the Effective Date Range and choose the Shift Type.
- Optionally, select "This shift doesn't have an end date yet" to make the assignment permanent.
- Click Update Shift to complete the process.
Assign Shifts and Weekly Offs in Bulk
- Navigate to Time Attend > Shift/Weekly Offs & Holidays > Assignments.
- Under Shift & Weekly Off Assignments, click Import Shifts & Weekly Offs.
- Download the Excel Template containing employee information and shift assignments.
- In the template, assign shifts or weekly offs for each employee by using the shift codes in the dropdown.
- Save the file and go back to the portal.
- Use the Upload Excel File button to import the new assignments.
