Viewing and Resubmitting Rejected Timesheet Entries in Keka PSA
Submitting accurate timesheets is essential for effective project tracking and payroll management. Sometimes, entries may be rejected due to errors or discrepancies. The Keka PSA tool simplifies the process of reviewing, correcting, and resubmitting rejected timesheet entries.
Steps to View and Resubmit Rejected Timesheet Entries
Log in to the Keka PSA tool. Navigate to the Me tab and click on the Timesheet section. Select the Rejected Timesheets tab. Locate the specific week with rejected entries. Tasks and day-wise work hours will be listed along with manager comments explaining the reasons for rejection.
Identify the rejected task or work hour entry requiring correction. To delete the incorrect entry, click the delete icon next to it. Enter the correct work hours for the corresponding day. After making the necessary corrections, click the Save icon to update the timesheet. Click Submit Weekly Timesheet to send it for approval and verification by the associated manager.
A pop-up notification will appear confirming that the timesheet has been saved or submitted successfully.
By following these steps, employees can seamlessly handle rejected timesheet entries, ensuring timely approvals and error-free reporting. Keka PSA’s intuitive design makes the process straightforward, empowering users to stay on top of their timesheet responsibilities.
