Reviewing and Resubmitting Rejected Timesheet Entries

Keka's mobile app provides a user-friendly way to review and resubmit rejected timesheet entries. By following these steps, you can identify issues, make necessary corrections, and ensure accurate time tracking.

 

Step-by-Step Guide for Viewing & Resubmitting Rejected Entries

  1. Open the Keka Mobile App

    • Launch the app and go to the Me tab.

    • Click on the Rejected Entries section to view all timesheet entries that have been rejected, including for the current week, last week, or past days.

  2. Select the Rejected Entry

    • Once on the Rejected Entries screen, you’ll see a list of tasks with rejection status.

Note: The app will indicate the exact number of rejected tasks, e.g., “X/Y tasks rejected,” even if some tasks were approved or are pending.


  1. Choose the Specific Date for Re-entry

    • Click on the rejected entry for the specific day or week that requires resubmission.
    • The list of tasks for that day will appear for editing.
  2. Edit Time and Comments

    • Select the rejected task to make necessary adjustments.

    • Update the Time Logged and add a comment if required.

    • Tap Save after making the adjustments.

 

Note: Comments may be mandatory based on your app settings, so ensure it’s filled if prompted.

 

  1. Submit the Resubmitted Entry

    • After saving your changes, click Submit.

    • A confirmation pop-up will appear, indicating that the Timesheet for the specific day has been successfully resubmitted.
