Goal Templates in Performance module offer a structured approach to creating and managing goals across the organization. They provide a set of predefined goals that can be tailored to different roles or departments, ensuring consistency and clarity in expectations.

Accessing the Goals Templates
To view the Goals templates, go to the Performance (1), then click on Goals (2) and then click on the Goal Template (3) section.
Customizable Categories: Goal templates are categorized for ease of use. For instance, there may be a category for "Intern" with specific goals like "Increase sales," ensuring relevant goal-setting for different job roles.
To create a category click on +Add Category
In the pop up window enter the Category, Description(1) and click on Update(2)
Adding a new goal within a template is straightforward, which can include defining sub-goals to break down larger objectives into manageable tasks.
The Add Goal section within the Goal Templates allows administrators to create structured objectives that can be applied across various roles within the organization. After entering all the necessary details for adding the goal. The Save(1) button finalizes the goal creation, while the Save & Add Sub-goal(2) option allows you to immediately proceed to define sub-goals related to the main goal, facilitating a top down structure of goal setting which is essential for detailed and organized performance management.
