The Administration section under the Goals tab of Keka HR’s Performance module is a critical area for HR professionals and managers. It allows for efficient oversight and management of employee goals. Here's how to utilize this section effectively:

To access the Goals administration in Keka HR's Performance Module, Navigate to the Performance (1) section, then open the Goals (2) tab and click on Administration (3).
Goals
The Goals tab provides an overview of all goals within the organization. It allows filtering, tracking progress, and managing approvals.
In this section, you can easily add individual goals by selecting the +Add goal (2) button or import multiple goals or sub-goals at once by clicking on the Import goals (3).
1.All Goals
The All Goals (1) section displays all the goals within the system. Users can track progress, filter goals based on various parameters such as time frame, type, approval status, department, and progress status. This view ensures that managers have complete visibility over the organization’s objectives and their current status.
You can filter goals using various parameters such as timeframe, department, and approval status. Additionally, by clicking on the three dots next to any goal, you can access a menu (4) that allows you to edit, clone, or delete the goal. For managing multiple goals simultaneously, you can select (5) several at once and choose to open, close, or delete (6) them in bulk.

2. Goals Pending Approval
Goals that require managerial or HR approval appear in Goals Pending approval (1) section. View information like employee names, department & sub-departments, goal type and who the approval is waiting on. Use the search bar to quickly find specific closed goals by keywords or goal titles.
As an admin, you can select the employees (2) whose goals require approval and click on the Remind Approvers (3) button to prompt those responsible for approvals. You or the managers can then review the details and make decisions to approve or reject the goals (4) accordingly.
3.Unaligned Goals
Unaligned Goals (1) highlights goals that are not linked to any specific department, team, or organizational objective. Unaligned goals can impact strategic alignment, so managers should review and assign them correctly to ensure consistency and relevance.
View critical information like goal title, sub-goal count, tasks count, employee number, owner, department, progress, status and last updated by. Use the search bar to quickly find specific closed goals by keywords or goal titles.
Next to each goal, an Actions column with three dots provides a drop-down menu(2) with options to view, edit, update progress, add sub-goals or tasks, close, clone, align, or delete the goal. You can link it to another goal by clicking on the Align Goal (3) option located next to it.
You can select multiple goals (4) to align (5) them with another goals or delete (6) them in bulk as needed.
4.Goals Not Updated
The "Goals Not Updated (1) section is designed to track and address goals that have not seen progress updates. It highlights goals that require attention, ensuring that all team members are actively working towards their objectives.
Next to each goal, an Actions column with three dots provides a drop-down menu(2) with options to view, edit, update progress, add sub-goals or tasks, close, clone, align, or delete the goal.

Employees
The Employees tab serves as a vital tool for HR teams and managers, allowing them to efficiently assign, monitor, and evaluate individual employee goals within the organization. This feature not only streamlines the goal-setting process but also enhances accountability and performance tracking.
1.All Employees
All Employees (1) section lists all employees along with their assigned goals. It provides a comprehensive view of how many objectives each employee is working towards and their progress status. Managers can use this section to track goal distribution and performance across teams.
You can click on the +Add new goal (2) button next to an employee's name to add an individual goal. Alternatively, you can select multiple employees (3) and then click on either Add new goal or Add existing goals (4) to assign goals in bulk.
2.Employees Without Goals
Employees who do not have any assigned goals appear in Employees without goals (1) section. This helps managers quickly identify and assign goals to ensure every team member has clear objectives and expectations.
You can click on the +Add new goal (2) button next to an employee's name to add an individual goal. Alternatively, you can select multiple employees (3) and then click on either Add new goal or Add existing goals (4) to assign goals in bulk.
3.Employees With Goals Pending Approval
This section (1) displays employees whose goals are awaiting approval. Managers can review pending goals, provide necessary feedback, and approve them to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with organizational objectives.
