Keka's PSA module allows admins to allocate time for each project, ensuring proper resource distribution and time tracking. By configuring time allocation, managers can assign specific hours for team members to work on different projects, providing better control over project timelines and workload management. This feature helps streamline project execution, enhance productivity, and ensure that no project exceeds its allotted time. The process is customizable based on organizational needs.
Steps to Configure:
Go to the Me tab and select the Project Allocated option in the Timesheet section to view the allocation percentage assigned to each project.
