Submitting a Weekly Timesheet by an Employee
Submitting weekly timesheets ensures accurate time tracking for projects, enabling seamless payroll processing, project analysis, and resource management. The Keka PSA tool simplifies this process, allowing employees to document their work hours efficiently.
Steps to Submit a Weekly Timesheet in Keka PSA
Log in to the Keka PSA tool. Navigate to the Me tab and select the Timesheet section. In the Timesheet screen, choose: Past Due: For entering pending timesheets. Rejected Timesheet: For resubmitting previously rejected entries. Click on Submit a Weekly Timesheet to open the weekly time entry form.
For each day of the week: Enter your work hours. Add relevant comments (e.g., task details or project names).
Once all entries are completed, click Save. A confirmation pop-up will appear stating, “Timesheet saved successfully.” Review the submitted timesheet for accuracy and ensure all hours are accounted for.
