Keka PSA introduces Charges Creation, a feature designed to simplify the billing process by enabling you to create charges before generating invoices. This enhancement improves accuracy, transparency, and control over your billing workflows.

      How It Works

      1. Access the Charges Creation Page

      • Navigate to your desired project in the PSA module. Under the Billing tab, click the Create Charge button.



      2. Select Chargeable Items

      • Choose the relevant items from the displayed list that need to be charged, based on the project scope and client agreements.



      3. Review and Generate Charges

      • Double-check the details of the selected charges, then generate the charges with a single click.



      Visibility and Control

      • Charges Grid:
        Access a dedicated grid displaying all created charges for easy reference and management.

      • Invoice Generation:
        Generate invoices seamlessly by selecting the desired charges from the grid and clicking Generate Invoice.

      • Finance Oversight:
        Finance managers can manage all charges from the Finances >> Charges section. Simply select charges and use the Create Invoice button to finalize billing.
