1. Access Global Settings
- Begin by selecting the Global Settings option from your main dashboard.
2. Go to Integrations and Automation
- In the Global Settings tab, navigate to Communications.
- Select Event Triggers and click on Timesheet.
- A new screen will appear displaying the various Timesheet events. From this list, locate and click on the Project End Date option.
3. Edit Approval Levels
- For each level of approval, click on the three dots next to the event trigger and select the Edit option.
- This menu also provides options to Delete or Disable specific triggers if they’re no longer needed.

- Upon selecting Edit, you can modify the reminder title and adjust the associated email template to meet team requirements.
