To simplify this process and gain valuable insights, Keka PSA offers a solution through its Reports section. In this article, we will delve into how to effectively leverage the Reports section in Keka PSA to streamline project tracking, enhance resource management, and make well-informed decisions.

 

To access the Reports section, simply go to the Project and open the Reports under the Analytics tab.

3. Client Work Hours Summary: Highlights the total work hours of the selected client within the specified period, enabling you to analyze work hour distribution across different clients.

4. Employee Work Hours Summary: Provides insights into the work hours of employees associated with the selected client during the chosen timeframe, aiding in understanding individual workloads and productivity within client-specific projects.

5. Task Work Hours Summary: Provides details of all tasks and their corresponding work hours within the chosen period for the selected project, assisting in monitoring task progress and identifying areas for improvement.

6. Task-Wise Resource Work Hours Summary: Shows the work hours of resources assigned to specific tasks within the selected projects and timeframe, helping in resource allocation and optimizing task assignments.
