How to Copy Task Entries/Work Hours from Last Week in Keka PSA
Efficient time management is crucial for any organization, and Keka PSA simplifies this process with its "Copy Task Entries/Work Hours from Last Week" feature. This functionality allows employees to replicate tasks and work hours from the previous week effortlessly, saving time and ensuring accuracy in timesheet submissions.
Steps to Copy Task Entries/Work Hours
Log in to the Keka PSA tool. Navigate to the Me tab. Click on the Timesheet section. If you need to make a timesheet entry, go to the Past Due section. The Timesheet screen will appear.
Select the Copy Last Week Hours Option: Click on the Copy Last Week Hours tab. A screen will display all tasks and work hours from the previous week.
Enable the checkboxes for tasks you want to replicate.
-
- Option 1: Click Copy Task & Hours to copy both the tasks and the associated hours.
- Option 2: Click Copy Task to only replicate the tasks without copying the hours.
Once you’ve selected your preference, confirm by clicking the respective button. A pop-up message will confirm that the tasks and hours have been successfully copied.
By using the Copy Task Entries/Work Hours from Last Week feature, you can significantly streamline your timesheet management and focus on productivity rather than administrative tasks.
