Copying Tasks in Keka's Mobile App
Keka's mobile app offers a convenient feature to copy tasks from previous weeks, saving you time and effort. This feature is particularly useful when you have recurring tasks or similar projects.
Step-by-Step Guide

Open the Keka Mobile App
- Launch the Keka app and navigate to the home screen.
- Launch the Keka app and navigate to the home screen.
2. Access the Add Task Screen

- Tap on Add Task within the Timesheet section.
- Here, you’ll find options to either add a new task or copy tasks from the previous week.
3. Select Copy Last Week’s Tasks
- Tap on Copy Last Week’s Tasks to view all tasks from the previous week.
- The week view page will appear, showing each day’s tasks.
4. Enable Task Selection for Copying
- Enable the checkboxes next to the tasks you want to copy.
- Once selected, tap on Copy Task & Hours to duplicate the tasks and their time entries.
5. Verify Task Entries
- For each specific day of the week, review that the copied tasks and hours are accurate.
- Tap on Add Task within the Timesheet section.
6. Submit the Timesheet

- Once all entries are verified or modified, tap on Submit to finalize the timesheet.
