Keka’s PSA has enhanced timesheet visibility, allowing users to view a breakdown of project hours within a week summary. This feature improves how managers track and review time spent on various projects, providing more transparency and helping optimize resource allocation. It’s designed to simplify timesheet management, improve project tracking, and increase operational efficiency.
Previously Managers could only view total timesheet hours submitted for a specific week and their approval status. But now, managers can easily see how their team members have allocated their time across different projects within a given week.
How to Access:
- Navigate to Week Summary: Navigate to the My Team section, click on Timesheet, and then proceed to access the Week Summary.
- View Project Hours: Click on the "View" button for any timesheet period to see a breakdown of project-wise billable and non-billable hours.
