How do I download the Timesheet Status Report?
Maintaining accurate timesheets is essential for both employees and managers, as it enables efficient tracking of work hours and effective project management. Typically, these timesheets are submitted on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. However, in the hustle and bustle of daily responsibilities, it’s common for submissions or approvals to be overlooked.
To ensure that timesheet tracking remains organized and efficient, Keka provides a useful feature: the Timesheet Status Report. This tool enables you to assess the submission status of timesheets over a designated date range. By utilizing this report, you can quickly pinpoint any discrepancies or delays, allowing for prompt resolution of any issues.
To access the Timesheet Status Report, navigate to the Project section (1) and then click on Reports (2).
Next, scroll down to the "Status" section and choose "Timesheet Status" from the options available.
In the report, be sure to select the Date Range, as this is a required field. You may also apply additional filters as needed, then click on "Run" to generate the report. This will display the names of employees who have submitted timesheets within the specified timeframe, along with their submission statuses. To keep a record of this information, you can easily download the report by clicking the Download Icon.
We trust that the steps to download the Timesheet Status Report are now clear. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to explore our other articles or reach out to us for support!
