From there, you can adjust the placement of the charts to suit your preferences. Additionally, new charts can be added and saved for your convenience.

Customizing Chart Locations:

Easily adjust the placement of charts by dragging and setting them in the desired location within the dashboard.

Incorporating additional charts into the dashboard to enhance data visualization and analysis.

Users have the option to view charts based on a specific date range and also have the ability to export the data for further analysis.

In addition to the charts, the summary page also includes the following widgets:

- Total projects, Active projects, Total revenue, Projected Revenue, Actions Pending & Notes

These widgets provide a quick snapshot of key project and financial details, helping you stay organized and informed at a glance.

Dashboard Update Frequency:

The dashboard is updated once every 24 hours based on the user's initial visit to the page on any given day.

For example, if a user accesses the dashboard for the first time at 5:30 pm on January 1st, the next update will occur at 5:30 pm on January 2nd. If the user revisits the page on January 2nd at 7 pm, the dashboard will be updated again at 7 pm on January 3rd.

This ensures that you have access to the most current data and insights to support your client management efforts.

Access to the Client Manager Dashboard is structured as follows:

By default:

  • Client managers are granted access to their specific client dashboard.
  • PSA Admins and Global Admins have access to the dashboards of all clients.

Custom:

Granting access to the dashboards of all clients can be achieved by assigning Timesheet permissions for viewing all clients and viewing financials at the global 'roles and permissions' level.

By leveraging the Client Manager Dashboard, you can strengthen client relationships, improve project outcomes, and drive business growth.
