How to Access and Use the Dashboard
Step-by-Step Guide:
To access the Client Manager Dashboard, simply navigate to the Projects tab from the left navigation bar, click on Clients, and select the specific client name to view their comprehensive Summary.
Users can easily customize the location of the charts by clicking on the settings icon within the Project tab. Simply select the specific project name and navigate to the Summary section at the top. From there, you can adjust the placement of the charts to suit your preferences. Additionally, new charts can be added and saved for your convenience.
Customizing Chart Locations:
Easily adjust the placement of charts by dragging and setting them in the desired location within the dashboard.
Incorporating additional charts into the dashboard to enhance data visualization and analysis.
Users have the option to view charts based on a specific date range and also have the ability to export the data for further analysis.
Widgets on the Summary Page
In addition to charts, the summary page includes essential widgets that provide a quick overview of:
- Total Projects
- Active Projects
- Total Revenue
- Projected Revenue
- Actions Pending
- Notes
These widgets offer a snapshot of critical project and financial details, helping you stay organized and well-informed.
Dashboard Update Frequency
The dashboard refreshes every 24 hours based on the user’s first visit each day.
Example:
- If you access the dashboard at 5:30 PM on January 1st, it will update next at 5:30 PM on January 2nd.
- If you revisit on January 2nd at 7 PM, the next update will occur at 7 PM on January 3rd.
This ensures you always have access to the latest data.
Access Permissions
Default Access:
- Client Managers: Access only their respective client dashboards.
- PSA Admins and Global Admins: Access all client dashboards.
Custom Access:
- To grant access to all client dashboards, assign permissions for viewing all clients and financials at the global Roles and Permissions level by navigating from Global Settings icon of home page.
