Access to the dashboard is managed as follows:

By default:

Project managers and client managers have access to their respective project's dashboard. PSA admins and global admins have access to all project dashboards.

Custom access:

Users can customize access to specific project dashboards by assigning the "View Project" and "View Financials" permissions in the project settings.

Granting access to the dashboard for all projects can be achieved by assigning Timesheet permissions, including the ability to view all projects and financials, within the global 'roles and permissions' settings.

By leveraging the Project Manager Dashboard, you can effectively monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
