Editing or deleting a client


 

Introduction

It is crucial to keep your client list updated with accurate details such as billing addresses and rate cards to ensure smooth billing processes. Incorrect information on invoices can lead to payment delays.

 

To begin, go to the Projects tab and select Clients.

This section allows you to view and handle all clients currently listed in your Organization.

To make changes to client details, simply click on the three dots next to the client's name and choose the Update option from the drop-down menu.

 

 

 

Within the Update Client window, proceed to make any required adjustments to the client information before clicking on the Update button.

 

Note: The billing currency cannot be changed.

Removing a client

If you need to remove a client from your list, simply select the Delete option from the drop-down menu.

 

 

In the Delete Client overlay window, type "DELETE" in the designated text field, and then proceed to click on the Delete button.

Note: Before deleting a client, ensure that there are no projects currently assigned to them. Remove any projects assigned to the client before attempting to delete them.
