Purpose

These reports provide a comprehensive breakdown of resource allocation and activity, enabling you to:

• Track Billable and Non-Billable Hours: Understand how resources are spending their time, both on client-facing tasks and internal operations.
• Optimize Resource Allocation: Identify underutilized or overutilized resources and make informed decisions about project assignments.
• Improve Project Efficiency: Enhance project planning and execution by ensuring resources are optimally utilized.
• Gain Organizational Visibility: Gain a holistic view of resource utilization across your team.

Reports Overview

1. Resource Utilization Summary at Project Level:

• Analyzes the billable and non-billable utilization of resources assigned to a specific project within a defined date range.
• Accessible through:
  • Go to the Project tab, selecting Analytics, and then clicking on Reports.
