Customizing Opportunity Forms in Keka

Keka allows businesses to create custom fields for opportunities, offering greater flexibility in managing and organizing data according to specific needs. By enabling the capture of relevant information, this feature enhances decision-making and improves forecasting. Custom fields streamline workflows, increase efficiency by tailoring processes, and provide more precise insights through enhanced reporting. Steps to Configure:

  1. Go to the Project section.
  2. Then, click on Policy & Settings.
  3. From there, navigate to the Custom Fields under the Opportunity section, where you can now enable or disable fields using the status toggle.
  4. Now click on the Add Field button to begin customization.

 

 

Note: During the configuration process, users have the flexibility to specify whether the custom field should be text, numeric, or of another type based on their preferences. They can also determine if the field is mandatory or optional for data entry.
