PSA FAQs

How can I modify the health status of a project in Keka PSA?

Project health is a critical metric that reflects the current status and overall condition of a project, as indicated by timesheet data. It serves as an evaluation of the project's progress, assessing whether it is adhering to its schedule, staying within budget, and achieving its defined goals. By examining timesheet data, project managers and stakeholders can derive valuable insights into the project's health. Key indicators that can be monitored through timesheets include time and effort tracking, budget compliance, and resource allocation. Regularly updating the project health status is essential for accurately gauging the project's overall progress and making informed decisions moving forward.
