Leave & Attendance FAQs

How to enable leave accrual based on employee's attendance?

Based on certain standard company policies, organizations may decide to accrue leave balances based on their attendance. Keeping these practices in mind, Keka allows you to accrue them based on this data.

Here's how you can set up the same -

Go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Leave (2). Then go to the Leave Plans (3) tab.

Now select the Leave Plan under which the settings need to be made. Here, we have taken General Leave Plan (1) for instance. You'll be taken to the Configuration (2) tab. Now click on Setup (3) of the leave under which this needs to be enabled, we have taken Paid leave for instance.

You can also edit the existing leave and do the settings in the same way as shown below.

Then go to the Accrual Restrictions, and tick the check box of "Restrict accrual based on attendance" (1),  and you can set the number of days accordingly under the dropdown options available.
