How can I modify the permissions for Project Managers, and what privileges and permissions can be assigned to them for a project?
In addition to Admins, who possess global permissions for managing all projects, you have the option to assign Project Managers. These Project Managers will only have access to the specific projects assigned to them and will not be able to view other projects. Furthermore, you can customize the level of access granted to each Project Manager.
Typically, a Project Manager is responsible for overseeing Tasks and Team members, as well as viewing and managing Financials. The permissions for each Project Manager can be tailored to fit the needs of the project.
To modify the permissions, navigate to the Project section (1) and click on Projects (2). Within the Project List, you will find the Active Projects. Select the project for which you wish to adjust the permissions.
Navigate to the project settings and choose the Project Managers option. From there, you can click on Manage Project Managers to proceed.
On this page, you can assign specific permissions to each Project Manager by using the checkboxes provided. After selecting the desired permissions, simply click the Save button to apply your changes.
We hope this guide has clarified the process for editing permissions for Project Managers. If you require further assistance, please feel free to explore our other articles or reach out to us for support!
