Why is my document template not available for selection in the Probation Policy?

Only document templates that do not contain custom attributes are displayed in the template dropdown for automatic probation letter generation. If a document template contains custom attributes, it will not appear for selection in the Probation Policy.
 

To use the template for automatic generation, remove the custom attributes from the template and save the changes. Then select the applicable template under Probation Evaluation Settings > Auto-generate and issue letter to the employee.
