- Go to the Org section and navigate to Employees.
- Select the Probation tab and go to probation policy tab.
- Choose the Probation Policy you want to edit from the list of configured policies.
- Click the 3 dots under Actions and select Edit from the dropdown list.
- In the overlay that appears, configure settings such as:
- Whether employee evaluation is required after the probation period.
- Who should provide feedback.
- Set an automatic trigger for the evaluation process before the probation end date.
- Define the time period for completing the evaluation.
- Optionally, enable a feedback form for the employee to fill out at the end of their probation.
- Make the necessary changes and click Update to save.
- Changes will apply to future probation evaluations, not ongoing ones.
