View Upcoming Shifts on the Keka Mobile App – Home Page

Employees can view their upcoming shift assignments directly from the Keka mobile app to plan their work schedules.

The Logs and Shifts screen includes:

The Upcoming Shifts tab opens in List View by default. Each shift card displays:

For the current month, shifts are displayed from the next day onward. For other months, the list starts from the 1st of the month.

Use the month selector to view upcoming months available based on your organization's configuration.

If no shifts are assigned for a month, the message "You don't have any shifts assigned" is displayed.

Double-tap a shift card to view details such as shift name, shift type, shift timings, clock-in and clock-out time, shift hours, and break time.

Select the Calendar icon to view upcoming shifts in a calendar. Select a date to view its shift details.

Dates without assigned shifts are disabled, and selecting one displays "No Shifts assigned for ."

Select Today to return to the current date.
