Overview
The Usage Display feature helps employees understand how many Work From Home (WFH), On Duty (OD), Partial Day, or Attendance Regularization requests they have already used and how many are still available before submitting a new request.
This visibility helps employees plan their requests better, stay within policy limits, and reduces the need to contact HR for balance-related queries.
How It Works
When applying for a request, the system automatically displays your current usage details based on the selected request type.
The usage counter shows:
- Total Allowed – The maximum number of instances or days permitted according to your organization's policy.
- Used – The number of instances or days you have already consumed.
- Remaining – The balance available for future requests.
Example
| Usage Type | Count |
|---|---|
| Total Allowed | 10 Days |
| Used | 4 Days |
| Remaining | 6 Days |
Applying for a Request
- Navigate to the request application page.
- Select the request type:
- Work From Home (WFH)
- On Duty (OD)
- Partial Day
- Attendance Regularization
- Review the usage information displayed on the screen.
- Enter the request details and select the required date(s).
- Submit the request.
Validation for Limit Exceeding Requests
If the number of requested days or instances exceeds your available balance:
- The system displays an error message.
- The request cannot be submitted until it is adjusted to fit within the available limit.
Sample Error Message
