What's New

The Quick Links widget on the Keka home page now supports up to 18 links, giving organisations greater flexibility to provide employees with quick access to frequently used tools, applications, and resources.

Previously, admins could add a maximum of 6 Quick Links. With this update, that limit has been increased to 18 links, allowing teams to surface more important resources directly from the home page.

Why This Matters

As organisations grow and adopt more third-party tools, employee benefits platforms, and business applications, the need for a centralised access point becomes increasingly important.

Whether it's a benefits portal, tax filing platform, partner application, or any other frequently used resource, employees can now access more of these links from a single location without administrators having to choose between which resources to prioritise.

What's Included

• Admins can now add up to 18 Quick Links within a single Quick Links widget.
• Employees can view and access up to 18 links directly from the widget.
• The existing widget layout and user experience remain unchanged.
• The Quick Links widget cannot be added to the home page unless it contains at least one link.

Availability

This update is available to all customers.

Note: This release includes Phase 1 of the Quick Links enhancement. Future updates will introduce the ability to group and categorise related links within the widget for improved organisation and discoverability.
