What’s New

The Quick Links widget on the Keka home page can now support more links, making it easier for employees to access frequently used tools, applications, benefits, and external resources.

Previously, admins could add a maximum of 6 Quick Links. With this update, the limit has been increased to 18 links.

Why This Matters

As organisations grow, employees often need quick access to a growing number of third-party tools and resources, such as benefits portals, tax filing platforms, 401(k) portals, tuition assistance forms, and partner applications.

This update gives admins more flexibility to provide these frequently used resources in one convenient place.

What’s Included

• Admins can now add up to 18 Quick Links to the widget.
• Employees can view up to 18 links without any change to the existing widget layout or representation.
• Admins can organise Quick Links into categories or groups for easier navigation.
• Admins can reorder categories and individual links while configuring the widget.
• Employees can expand or collapse groups to quickly find the links they need.
• The Quick Links widget cannot be added to the home page when it contains 0 links.
