What’s new
Admins can now slice Survey and Pulse results by Job title and Reporting manager—giving you more actionable ways to understand sentiment across roles and manager groups.
Both dimensions are available as multi-select filters and work alongside existing filters such as Department, Location, and Tenure.
Where you’ll find them
- Survey → Summary: Filter results by Job title and Reporting manager.
- Survey → Responses: Filter responses by Job title and Reporting manager.
- Pulse → Engagement Score: Use both dimensions in the overall filter bar.
- Pulse → Employee Pulse Scores: Filter metric breakdowns by Job title and Reporting manager.
- Pulse → Compare: Select Job title or Reporting manager as a comparison axis to benchmark roles or manager groups side by side.
How it works
- Select one or more Job titles and/or Reporting managers.
- Combine them with other active filters to narrow your analysis.
- Filters are applied when you select Apply, consistent with existing filter behavior.
- Clear the filters to return to the unfiltered view.
- In Compare, selecting Job title or Reporting manager shows one row per selected value using the existing multi-select picker.
Data accuracy
Job title and Reporting manager values reflect the current organization state. Reporting manager filtering includes direct reports only.
Why it matters
These new dimensions make it easier to move from “What’s happening?” to “Who is experiencing it?”—whether you’re looking at role-based sentiment, manager-level accountability, or engagement differences across teams.
Note: Anonymity threshold enforcement and other Compare changes are not part of this release.
