Can Multiple Announcements Be Closed Simultaneously in Keka?

No. Keka currently does not support bulk closing of announcements. Each announcement must be closed individually.

We understand that managing multiple announcements can be time-consuming. Your feedback has been noted and may be considered for future product enhancements.

Alternative: Close Announcements Individually

If you need to close announcements, follow these steps for each announcement:

Navigate to Announcements

1. Go to Engage  and click on Announcements and select All tab to view the announcements. Be sure to check the live announcement which will be available in Active or All tab.

Open the Announcement Actions

1. Locate the announcement you want to close and click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the announcement card.

   

2. From the menu, select Close Announcement.

   

Confirm Closure

1. In the confirmation pop-up, click Close to close the announcement.

   

The selected announcement will be marked as Closed and will no longer appear as an active announcement.

Note: This process must be repeated for each announcement, as bulk closure is not currently available in Keka.
