How to Download Offer Letter?

Who can access this feature?

• HR Admins
• Users with access to:
  • Preboarding module
  • Employee lifecycle / onboarding workflows
  • Document generation permissions

How to Download Offer Letter

1. Navigate to OGR, then go to  Onboarding tab.
2. Go to Preboarding from the main menu
3. Navigate to the Candidates / Offers section
4. Open the relevant candidate profile
5. Scroll to the Offer Letter section
6. Click on View Offer Letter

7. Select the Download option

   

✅ This downloads the offer letter without sending any email to the candidate.
