You can generate detailed reports of 1:1 meetings to track participation, meeting status, and outcomes across your organisation. Follow the steps below to create and export a report.
Navigate to 1:1 Meeting Reports
- Go to Performance from the left sidebar.
- Click on 1:1 Meetings from the top menu.
- Select the Summary tab.
Click on View Report under Total Meetings.
Configure Report Filters
Once the 1:1 Meeting Information Report panel opens, configure the required filters:
- Date Range
Select the time period for which you want the report (e.g., weekly, monthly, or custom range). - Meeting Type
Choose the meeting frequency (e.g., Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Adhoc, One-time). - Meeting Status
Filter by meeting status such as:- Completed
- Pending
- Scheduled
- Cancelled
You can select multiple values in Meeting Type and Status.
Generate the Report
After applying the filters:
- Click on Run.
The report will load below with detailed meeting data.
Understand Report Data
The report displays the following fields:
- Meeting Name
- Meeting Type
- Employee Number
- Employee Name
- Reporting Manager
- Meeting With
- Additional Participants
- Meeting Date
- Duration
- Meeting Status
- Meeting Summary
You can use the Search bar to quickly find specific records.
Customise Report View
To refine how the report is displayed:
- Click on the three-dot icon (⋮) near the top-right corner.
- Enable Show Column Filters to filter data per column.
- Select Customise Columns to:
- Show or hide specific fields
Reorder columns as needed
Download the Report
To export the report:
- Click on the Download icon at the top-right.
Select Download Excel.
The report will be exported with the selected filters and visible columns.
Notes & Tips
- Use date filters strategically to analyse team trends over time.
- Combine Meeting Type + Status filters to identify gaps (e.g., pending weekly check-ins).
- Customise columns to focus only on relevant insights before exporting.
