1:1 meetings are discussions between employees and their managers, focusing on performance feedback. These meetings can be easily scheduled and tracked through Keka. If the meeting is no longer relevant, it can be deleted. Here’s how:
Steps to delete 1:1 Meeting for Reporting Managers:
Go to the My Team tab.
Select the Performance section.
Under 1:1 Meetings, find the meeting you want to delete.
Click on View Details for the meeting.
Use the Actions button to select Delete Meeting.
Use the Actions button to select Delete Meeting.
Confirm the action by clicking on Delete Meeting.
Steps to delete 1:1 Meeting for Employees:
Go to the Me tab.
Under Performance, select 1:1 Meetings.
Click on My Meetings.
Locate the meeting you want to delete.
Click on the three dots next to it and select Delete Meeting.
Confirm the action by clicking on Delete Meeting.
