Gamification in Keka Learn

Overview

Once learners complete their mandatory courses, engagement often drops. For many, training feels like a box to tick rather than a rewarding experience. Admins struggle to keep momentum going after onboarding or compliance cycles.

Gamification in Keka Learn solves this by adding points, leaderboards, and badges to make learning interactive and competitive. It gives retroactive credit for past completions and uses contextual nudges to keep learners involved.

Use gamification to:

• Make learning fun and social

• Keep learners engaged beyond compliance

• Foster healthy competition among teams

Enabling Gamification

To enable gamification across your Keka Learn courses:

1. Go to the Learn module in your Keka portal.

2. Click Settings, then navigate to Additional Settings.

3. Find the Gamification option under Additional Settings.

4. Turn on the toggle switch.
   
   
   
    

Once enabled, gamification is activated for all learners across all courses.
