If the Adhoc Payment dropdown is empty, it means that no Adhoc components have been created yet in your payroll configuration.
Keka requires Adhoc components to be predefined before they can be used in payroll disbursals.
How to fix it:
Navigate to Payroll → Settings → Components
Click on the Adhoc Components tab
Click Create Adhoc Component
Enter the component name (e.g., Bonus, Reimbursement) and other required details
Save the component
Once created, the component will appear in the dropdown list under Adhoc Payment during payroll processing.
