Growth Plans in Keka help employees develop their skills with clear, actionable goals. If your organisation uses pre-built templates, you can assign them quickly—saving time and ensuring consistency across teams.
Who Can Do This?
Only Admins and Managers with access to the Growth Plans section.
Steps to create a Growth Plan using a Template
Go to the Performance tab and click Growth.
Under Growth, select Growth Plans.
Click the All Growth Plans tab.
Switch to the Employees without active plans view to see who doesn’t currently have a growth plan.
Use filters like Business Unit, Department, or Location to narrow down your list.
Check the boxes next to the employees you want to assign a plan to.
Click Choose from templates.
In the Create growth plan window, select a template from one of the following:
Org Templates – available organisation-wide

Review the learning goals and tasks included in the template.
Click Use Template or Next.
Confirm the employee details like name, reporting manager, department, and location.
Click Next again to see the draft growth plan.
Customise the following fields as needed:
Timeframe – Set the plan’s start and end dates.
