Introduction
Keeping track of candidate evaluations is key to a smooth and effective hiring process. In Keka Hire, interviewers can document notes and provide structured feedback directly within a candidate’s profile. This helps the entire hiring team stay aligned and make better decisions.
Open the Candidate's Job Profile
Navigate to the Hire module in your Keka dashboard.
Click Job to see the list of jobs you’re assigned to as an interviewer.
Find the job related to the candidate.
Click the job title to open the job profile.
Adding Candidate Notes
Within the candidate profile, the option to +add note is located on the right-hand side.
Select Add Note.
Enter your observations or any relevant information.
Choose who can view the note.
Click Save.
Providing Interview Feedback
In the candidate’s profile, go to the Feedback tab (next to the Profile tab).
Click Add Feedback.
Enter your feedback, including insights about the candidate’s performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Click Submit to save and share it with the hiring team.
