Overview
The My Tasks and Project Time features in Keka PSA help employees manage their work efficiently.
- My Tasks gives you a quick view of your assigned responsibilities, progress, and logged hours.
- Project Time helps you analyze time spent across projects, divided into billable and non-billable hours.
These tools simplify time tracking and ensure better project visibility.
Using the My Tasks Tab
- Go to the Me tab → Timesheet → My Tasks.
- Use the search bar to find tasks or projects, or filter by stage (Not Started or Completed).
Click a task to open details, including:
- Comments and Files
- Task Stages
- Managers
- Date Range
- Billable/Non-Billable Status
- Hours Spent
- Project and Client
The My Tasks tab centralizes all your task information, helping you stay on top of deadlines and progress.
Using the Project Time Tab
- Go to the Me tab → Timesheet → Project Time.
- On the left panel, select a project to view total hours, including billable and non-billable breakdowns.
- Use the date range selector to view details like:
- Date of Submission
- Total Hours Worked
- Approval Status (Approved, Partially Approved, or Not Approved)
- To download data, click the Download icon and choose Excel or PDF.
By using My Tasks and Project Time, employees can track progress, manage time effectively, and maintain transparency in project work.
