Who Can Do This?
- Global Admins can import timesheets for all employees
- Employees can import only their own time entries
Pre-requisites
- Excel file with time entry data in the required format
- Access to the Bulk Import option in either the “Project” or “Me” section
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Bulk Import

For Global Admins:
- Navigate to the Project section on the left sidebar.
- Select Bulk Import.
- Click on Import Timesheet Entries.

For Employees:
- Go to the Me section on the left navigation.
- Click on Timesheet.
- Navigate to All Timesheets.
- Click on the three dots and select Bulk Import Time Entries.

Upload Time Entry Data
- Download the provided Excel template.
- Fill in the template with your time entries.
- Upload the completed file on the same page.
How It Connects with Other Modules
- Projects: Time entries are linked with active projects and tasks.
- Timesheets: Imported entries reflect in the employee's timesheet view.
- Billing & Revenue: Time entries influence billable hours and invoicing.
