Overview
Effectively managing project health parameters in Keka PSA is essential for maintaining visibility into project performance and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Once parameters are established, you can modify, enable, disable, or delete them as your project evolves. This flexibility allows you to tailor project tracking to your organization’s specific needs.
In this article, you’ll learn how to manage project health parameters, add or edit questions, and automate health reminders for consistent project updates.
Accessing Project Health Parameters
Navigate to the Project section in the left navigation pane.
Click on Policies & Settings.
Select the Project tab and then click on Health.
Enabling or Disabling Parameters
Keka PSA offers a toggle feature to control which parameters actively contribute to project health tracking.
To enable or disable a parameter, simply use the toggle switch beside it.
Enabled parameters will appear in project health evaluations, while disabled ones will be excluded.
Adding New Parameters or Status Questions
To introduce new tracking criteria or project health questions:
Go to the Project Health page.
Click +Add Parameter (or +Add Question, depending on your configuration).
Enter the parameter name, provide a description (optional), and define how it will be used for tracking.
Save your new parameter.
Editing Existing Parameters
If you need to modify an existing parameter:
Locate the parameter you want to update.
Click the Edit icon next to it.
Update the name, description, or settings as needed.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Deleting or Disabling Parameters
To remove outdated or unnecessary parameters:
Find the parameter or question you wish to delete.
Click the Delete icon next to it.
Confirm the deletion to remove it from your tracking list.
If you prefer to retain the parameter for future use, you can simply disable it instead of deleting it.
This ensures a streamlined, focused approach to project health tracking.
