Managing skills across a large workforce doesn’t have to be tedious. Keka makes it easy to assign or update employee skills in bulk using a simple Excel import—saving time and ensuring consistency.
Steps to import skills
Go to the Performance module in Keka.
Click on Skills.
You’ll be taken to the Skill Dashboard.

Select Skill Matrix.

Click on Import Employee Skills Assignment.

Download the provided Excel template.

Fill in the following mandatory fields:
Employee Number
Skill Group
Skill
Save your completed Excel file.

Upload it back into the system.

In the column mapping step, match your Excel columns to the system fields.

In the Preview Data screen, review the uploaded information for accuracy. Once everything looks good, click Complete to finish the process.

Now click on Confirm to upload the file.
Employee skills will be successfully updated or assigned in bulk, streamlining your skill management process.
