How can you check the IP address from which the employee has logged in?

Introduction

If your company uses an IP-restricted login policy, Keka records every employee’s web clock-in along with the IP address used. As an admin, you can easily download these records to verify login locations.

This guide shows you how to access and download the IP addresses captured during web clock-ins.

Download IP Addresses for Web Clock-ins

1. Go to the Time Attend module in your Keka portal.

2. Click on the Reports section.

3. Under Attendance Request Reports, select Web ClockIns.
   
   

4. From here, you can view and download the report containing login punches and associated IP addresses.
