Go to the Global search bar and search for the employee whose reporting manager needs to be changed.
Open the employee's profile and click on the Job tab.
Under the Organization card, locate the Reports To field and click on the Edit icon beside it.
Choose whether its a correction of data or reporting manager change.
In the New Reporting Manager field, type the name of the new reporting manager. Optionally, add a note.
Click on Update to save the changes.
Note: Reporting Manager is mandatory and cannot be left blank. If there is no reporting manager, you can set the employee to report to themselves.
