- Navigate to Time Attend > Attendance Tracking > Penalisation Policy.
- Select the relevant policy and go to the Versions section.
- Click on the Edit icon to open the Update Penalisation Policy window.
- In the Basic Information step, choose the effective date for the new settings and click Save.
- Go to the No Attendance section and toggle the switch to enable/disable it.
- Decide to deduct X day(s) leave for every day of no attendance.
- Enable "Employee working less than X Effective/Gross Hours will be considered as no show."
- Set a minimum number of Gross/Effective Hours that an employee has to work to be considered present for the day.
- Click Save.
