The Keka Learn Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in. What appears here depends on your role and permissions:
Employees with Learn Privileges see key metrics such as active users, new enrollments, completion rates, and user trends.
Employees without Learn Privileges see a list of all available courses, making it easy to track their own learning journey.
The dashboard helps both admins and learners manage training and track progress at a glance.
Insights Section
Overall Stats
Total Active Courses in the system
Total Active Learners enrolled in courses
Completion Rate
Displays the percentage of enrolled learners who have completed their assigned courses.
User Trend Graphs
Provides a visual representation of:
Monthly enrollments
Monthly completions
You can filter this graph by year to view long-term trends.
Upcoming events
Displays the a comprehensive overview of all the upcoming events scheduled for the current week.
Courses Section
Below the analytics, you’ll find available courses in your organization:
Popular: Courses with high enrollment or good rating.
Newly Added: Recently published courses
Learners can also view ratings of popular courses to help them choose where to start.
Note: Learners without admin privileges won’t see stats—they’ll only see courses assigned or available to them.
