Introduction
In a hybrid work environment, employees may need to switch between working from home and working from the office. If a WFH request was approved but needs to be canceled—perhaps because the employee is working from the office instead—this guide will show you how to easily cancel the request in Keka.
Cancel a WFH request
Use the Global Search at the top of your screen and type the employee’s name.
Click on the employee’s profile to open their details.
Under the Time section, click on Attendance.
In the Attendance section, click on Attendance Requests.
Look for the Work From Home or On Duty requests in the list.
Cancel the WFH request:
Find the WFH request you want to cancel.
Click the Cancel Icon under Actions.
Confirm the cancellation:
A pop-up will appear asking for a Reason (optional).
After entering the reason, click Confirm to cancel the request.
Notes, Tips, Important, Warnings
