- Go to Time Attend > Attendance Tracking.
- Ensure you're on the Capture Scheme tab and select the relevant Capture Scheme.
- Click on the Update Icon to open the Update Capture Scheme window.
- In the Update Capture Scheme window, go to the Remote Work section.
- Enable the Work From Home (WFH) option by toggling the switch.
- To set the WFH request and approval process, check the first option to define how many times employees can request WFH.
- To enable the Approval Chain, check the option "Approval mandatory if requests exceed 'X' number of times."
- Assign the Level 1 Approval role, such as Reporting Manager, Project Manager, etc., by selecting specific employees or roles.
- To add additional approval levels, click on +Add New Level.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Now, the WFH approval chain is configured based on the number of requests and approval levels set.
