To Add a Grace Period to a Tracking Policy in Keka
- Go to Time Attend > Attendance Tracking.
- Open the Penalisation Policy tab and select the relevant policy from the list.
- Navigate to the Versions tab and click the Update Icon for the 'Current' tracking policy.
- In the Update Tracking Policy window, enter the Effective Date for the new policy version and click Save.
- Go to the Late Arrival section and toggle the switch to enable it.
- In the Grace Period option, specify the desired time before an employee is considered late.
- Click Save to apply the changes and exit the window.
This will add the grace period to your tracking policy, providing flexibility for late arrivals while maintaining accountability.
