Introduction
When you’re managing recruitment, staying on top of deadlines is key. In Keka Hire, every job requisition includes a target hire date—this sets the expected timeline to complete hiring and onboarding.
Interviewers and hiring managers usually see only the job openings assigned to them. But if you’re a Global Admin, you might see every job in the system. To simplify your view and stay focused, you can filter the list to show only the jobs you’re directly responsible for.
This article shows you how to use the My Jobs filter in Keka Hire to streamline your workflow.
View Assigned Jobs
Go to the Hire tab in the left navigation menu.
Click on Jobs.
In the top-right, click the dropdown next to Active Jobs.
From the dropdown, select My Jobs.
Once applied, this filter will display only the job openings you're responsible for.

Tip: If you're managing multiple roles or hiring processes, using the My Jobs filter helps reduce clutter and focus on what matters most.
